Absolute Orders or Suspended (Postponed) Orders
A possession order granted by the court may be made as an absolute order or suspended on terms. For example, a landlord’s allegations of anti-social behaviour may be proven, and the contract-holder may have produced no evidence to suggest that their conduct has changed or will change.
