Withdrawing an RHW16 Notice: What to Do Next
A contract holder was issued an RHW16 in June, to expire in December, owing to the landlord's selling.
The landlord advised us today that he wishes to take his property off the sale market temporarily.
He also messaged the contract holder to tell him he was no longer proceeding with the notice before we could ask him to wait.
If the Landlord withdraws this notice now, do I need to advise the contract holder and let the existing Notice run out? I believe I can't do the withdrawal notice as 28 days have passed.
If the Landlord changes his mind in 2 weeks, does that mean he has to start over and cannot reissue the notice for six months?
