First new (replacement) tenancy built!

We did a simple one first - a couple of questions before we proceeded:

If two (joint) tenants are to sign, must they have different email addresses?

How do we create an additional 'landlord identity'? - Profile? We have tenancies in our limited company, as individuals, and as agents for others (a small number of these). Can the system store all these different 'identities'?

Written Statement of Occupation Contract

For an occupation contract from the start of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act, a landlord must give a written statement of the contract to the contract-holder(s), including tenancies that are converted.
