Signing ASTs as Letting Agent: Witnessing Not Required

When I (letting agent) am signing ASTs on behalf of a landlord, do I need to get my signature witnessed as I am officially an Ltd company? It's just me working from home.

Written Statement of Occupation Contract

For an occupation contract from the start of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act, a landlord must give a written statement of the contract to the contract-holder(s), including tenancies that are converted.
