New Washing Machine Broken Due to Metal Objects

Three months ago I bought a new washing machine with a one-year warranty.

Two weeks ago, the tenants contacted me saying it was leaking.

The BEKO engineer said it was a hole caused by coins.

They took a photo and said it was up to the insurer to decide. There is no dent on the drum.

Who is liable to sort out this mess financially?
