Landlord Address on SOC & RHW2 Form

We've received conflicting advice on whether or not we can use the Agent's address instead of the landlords' addresses on SOCs and RHW2 forms so that contract-holders can service documents to landlords via us.

The advice we've seen:

"Notice of the address of the landlord. This form is unclear if you can use the agent's address throughout. There seems little doubt you can in box D, but ultimately only a court can decide on box A. You might want to take the cautious approach and always use the actual address in box A and any other address in box D. This will mean that if a court decides that A HAS to be the actual landlord details, you are protected. This is our recommendation till a court decides."

What's your take on this? Agent address fine throughout, or do we need to distinguish between LL's address and address for serving docs (agent address)?

Similarly, is the doc serve address (i.e. Agent) address acceptable for "landlord's address" on the SOC or should we see it as a grey area and revert to using the LL's home address there?
