Impact of Rent Increase on RHW16 Notice
An RHW16 is due to expire in October, and the Landlord has mentioned that he may ask us to ask the Tenant if they wish to remain there but at a higher rent. I don't think they can afford it now, let alone with another £100.
As far as I know, if the Landlord offers this, even verbally, it could jeopardise or null and void the Notice, couldn't it?
