Handling Tenant Breaches: Unauthorised Tenants & Disturbance
I have a tenant to whom we have already given notice as we intend to sell the property. However, he has a girlfriend who is not on the tenancy and stays with him approximately twice a week. She is causing a disturbance around the property, and neighbours have complained. Is there anything I can do regarding this?
