Two questions when filling out the converted written statement
For the Occupation Date - is this when the last fixed term finished, or are you suggesting in the notes that if it has become a periodic contract by 1st December, the date you input is 1st December 2022?
The first Payment of rent date - if there have been no rent changes, would this be the start of the tenancy (a fixed term date) or the date it went periodic (effectively 6 or 12 months after the original start date)?
Also, on this, if there has been a rent change - when this rent change commenced?
