Delivering Vary by Enactment to Non-Email Tenants
I have one query about the Written Statement of Variation by enactment. One of our clients is not on email. We print out all forms and take them to the client for signing.
Our question is about the new Written Statement of Variation by enactment. Can we print it out, mail it to them, and obtain proof of posting certificate? Or would it be advisable to get them to sign a copy confirming receiving it? A relative is on email. However, they live away and only "manage" some aspects of the tenancy. For example, they were absent while they knew we were visiting the client with the new style occupation contract.
