I have an Assured Shorthold Tenancy dated 2 Oct 2021 to 1 Oct 2023. With the new legislation, do I need to have a conversion letter or do I need a converted occupational contract, as I have no idea.
Do you have template forms for these please I won't be renewing the contract when it expires on 1 Oct 2023 and will need to send notice forms, so would be grateful for any advise on the new occupational contracts as don't want to issue a wrong conversion that will risk a delay in serving notice.
I am so new to this as have always had an agent manage the property for me, any help will be gratefully received.
