Converted Tenancy Electrical Safety Certificate
I have just submitted my first converted contract for an existing tenancy in wales.
The form asks for details of the electrical certificate, but we haven't had the check carried out yet. I said the certificate was required, but it let me proceed without uploading it.
Should I have waited until the check had been done to complete the contract? I understand we have until December to get the checks done.
