Statement of Variation (After Enactment)

Many terms in an occupation contract are legislated under Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 and accompanying regulations.

Suppose a legislated term is amended by further legislation (for example, a length of notice is changed). In that case, the landlord must provide a statement of variation to the contract holder, which outlines the modified term by an enactment.

This form is a written statement of variation where you can insert the previous term, legislation that was amended and what the new term is.

Please see this page for more information about the varying terms of an occupation contract.

The form is available in the other forms section of Tenancy Builder.
