RHW3 - New Landlord Notice

The prescribed form RHW3 is to be given to a contract-holder within 14 days of there being a "change in the identity of the landlord".

It might be used, for example, after taking over an occupation contract after the purchase of a dwelling or inheritance. Or, it might be used if the landlord's name changes.
