RHW23 Breach of Occupation Contract Notice

The prescribed form RHW23 is used where a contract holder is in breach of a term of an occupation contract, including (but not limited to) anti-social behaviour.

RHW23 should not be used for serious rent arrears (two months or more); instead, RHW20 should be used. However, this form can be used for less than two months' arrears.
