RHW4 - Change of Landlord Address

The prescribed form RHW4 is to be given to a contract-holder within 14 days of a change in the landlord's address.

RHW3 - New Landlord Notice

The prescribed form RHW3 is to be given to a contract-holder within 14 days of there being a new landlord after taking over an occupation contract after the purchase of a dwelling or inheritance (or any other reason).

RHW2 - Landlord Address Notice

Prescribed form RHW2 is to be given to a contract-holder within 14 days of the occupation date of the contract. There is a six-month grace period for converted contracts.
