The Other Forms section is where forms, not tenancy agreements, can be created. Access Other Forms by navigating to Tenancy Builder, clicking Other Forms in the sidebar, and choosing Add New on the right.
Possession notices and rent increase forms are available, including:
England

- Section 13 notice Form 4A (rent increase)
Wales
- Form RHW3 - New landlord details
- Form RHW4 - Change of Landlord Address
- Form RHW12 - Vary the Rent
- Form RHW16-section 173 (six months notice)
- Form RHW19-withdraw 173 notice
- Form RHW20 serious rent arrears
- Form RHW23 breach of contract
- Form RHW27-intention to end contract due to abandonment
- Form RHW28-end contract due to abandonment
- Warning notice of withdrawal by contract-holder
- Generic varied term after enactment form (manual use only where no specific Guild-prepared statement is available or you want to make your own)
- Holding deposit specified information
Note for Wales: If you are looking for a statement of variation because the law has changed, do not normally use the generic "varied term after enactment" form first. Check the relevant Guild website guidance, LandlordAId chatbot, or support. Where a statutory change affects occupation contracts, the Guild will usually provide a completed statement for subscribers.
