Save and Build Button Won't Work

If you get to the end of Tenancy Builder (usually page 6) and clicking Save and Build (or Save for Later) does nothing, there are a few things you can try:

The first thing to check is the landlord's signature name and email fields on the last page of the Builder. These are mandatory and must be filled in.

If that doesn't fix the issue, please try going to previous pages and checking the number fields, such as rent and deposit, on page 1. If you've put something other than a number (e.g. "£"), it won't work.

Otherwise, check all other mandatory fields, including dropdown options. The following are mandatory and must be completed or selected:

Page 1 (Tenancy Details)

Tenancy type

Deposit status

Landlord

Letting Unit

The tenancy date fields shown in the Builder

Page 2 (Tenant Details)

Tenant name

Service email (if selected, the tenant agrees to receive documents by email)

Page 4 (Guarantor)

Guarantor name and ensure to select one or all the tenants (based on who the guarantor is guaranteeing)

Page 6 (Other and Save)

Landlord signer(s) name and email

If it still won't work

If the Save and Build (or Save for Later) button doesn't work after checking all fields, don't hesitate to get in touch.
