If you get to the end of Tenancy Builder (usually page 6) and clicking Save and Build (or Save for Later) does nothing, there are a few things you can try:
First, check the landlord's signature name and email fields on the last page of the Builder. These are mandatory and must be filled in.
If that doesn't fix the issue, please try going to previous pages and checking the number fields, such as rent and deposit, on page 1. If you've entered anything other than a number (e.g., "£"), it won't work.
Otherwise, check every required field and dropdown. Some fields appear only when you select the related option, such as adding a guarantor.

Tenant name
Service email (if selected, the tenant agrees to receive documents by email)
Page 4 (Guarantor)
If you add a guarantor, enter the guarantor’s name and select the tenant or tenants covered by the guarantee.
Page 6 (Other and Save)
Landlord signer(s) name and email
If it still won't work
