To create a new possession notice, first log in to the Builder part of the website, choose "other forms" from the sidebar, click "add new form" at the top right, and select the country matching the tenancy (England or Wales).
To create a notice, fill in all the fields shown. You can fill in some details by selecting a previously created tenancy in Tenancy Builder (optional - you don't have to have a tenancy created this way).
You are responsible for choosing the correct ground(s), giving the correct notice period, stating the substance and reasons, and meeting any deposit, prescribed information and ground-specific requirements; use the possession wizard for the relevant country to help check this.
