The Best Method to Create a New AST Agreement
I have a question about the builder for the AST Agreement. If I copy a prior agreement and then amend the tenant details, will the newly built AST Agreement have up-to-date language as required by law, along with any manually added Additional Terms? Or do we need to start a new AST Agreement (not copied) to include the current language in the resultant agreement?

Note: LandlordAid, our AI assistant, answered this question. We have left the response close to the original, except for grammar and minor formatting changes. You can find more details here.
