Section 173 Notice: When Can a New Notice Be Served?
Suppose a landlord tried to obtain possession via court but has since cancelled the claim due to a paperwork issue. Do I need to issue a Withdrawal Notice to the Tenant, even though the RHW16 expired over two months ago?
Does the six-month period for starting the new Court action start from the date the claim was canceled with the Court or the date of the Withdrawal Notice, if I need to send one?
