If a Tenant has been issued an RHW16 Notice because the Landlord wishes to take possession, and the Tenant, who is already in arrears, has advised that she will pay weekly from this week due to a new job, this doesn't affect the contract or Notice, does it? A Tenant can pay using any method if the Landlord is okay with that, surely?
