Does a Possession Order Count as a CCJ?

Question
Could I ask about using the PCOL for overdue rent? Once I have been given a possession order, etc., at my actual hearing, is this classed as a CCJ against my tenant, or can I ask for a CCJ? Also, can I ask for a money order to be made against PAYE?
