RHW28 Abandonment End Contract

The prescribed form RHW28 should only be used AFTER the four-week warning period abandonment notice RHW27 has been served and has expired.

The prescribed form RHW27 must have been served at least four weeks before using this form.

There are potentially severe consequences if the contract holder has not abandoned, so this form should be used cautiously.
