RHW2 - Landlord Address Notice

Prescribed form RHW2 is to be given to a contract-holder within 14 days of the occupation date of the contract. There is a six-month grace period for converted contracts.

Guild subscribers using Tenancy Builder do not need this form because it is automatically provided with any new occupation contract generated.
