RHW2 - Landlord Address Notice

The landlord under an occupation contract must, within 14 days of the occupation date, give the contract‑holder an address for service - a postal address where the contract‑holder can send documents intended for the landlord.

That address may be outside England and Wales and may be an agent's address.

The prescribed form for providing this information is RHW2; in practice the RHW2 will normally be included as part of the written statement.

RHW2 is included in our written statement of occupation contract provided by Tenancy Builder so in the main, once a contract has been given, this form isn't required separatley.
