Wales: Do not use this form for goods left behind after abandonment in Wales. It may be suitable for other situations in Wales.
When a tenancy ends, the tenant may leave belongings at the property. The landlord or agent must take reasonable care of those goods while deciding what to do with them.
This editable Word form is a notice under Part I of Schedule 1 to the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977. It requires the person entitled to the goods to take delivery of them or give directions for their delivery.
Read our goods left at property article before completing the form. The document has two pages: complete the notice on page one and describe the goods on page two. It is often used with the Notice of Intention to Sell Goods where a sale may later be considered.
