Guarantor Agreement (Wales)

A landlord is always advised to obtain a guarantor (also known as surety) for every let they do. Ideally, the guarantor will be a homeowner.

This document is not generally needed because it's included in the tenancy agreement documents. However, this is the document needed if a guarantor agreement template is required.

The document has been updated with the correct terms for new occupation contracts and contract holders.

The document is in PDF format and can be completed on screen before printing or sent for digital signing.
