Garage Letting Agreement

A template agreement for the letting of a garage. This may be used to let a garage separately but should only be used for non-business lettings, i.e. people storing furniture whilst moving home, personal belongings etc. 

Please be careful because if someone rents a garage for an operating business from it, this agreement is not suitable. They could end up with a lifetime secure tenancy unless the proper notices and paperwork are issued. This is similar to our storage unit letting agreement.
