This information is included in the Tenancy Builder.
When a landlord receives a deposit in connection with an assured tenancy or occupation contract, prescribed information must be given within 30 days.
The prescribed information is essential because a penalty of between one and three times the deposit may be payable if the specified information is not provided. Non-compliance can also prevent the landlord from obtaining a possession order until the failure is remedied or another statutory route applies.
The link below will go to our Tenancy Builder because the deposit prescribed information is automatically included.
